Solution Centers and Past Performance


Biometrics


Clovis is emerging as a key partner for providing biometric project support solutions. Clovis consulting resources were critical in the design phases of the CBP’s Secure Border Initiative (SBI Net) project. Clovis identified and recruited senior systems engineers with domain expertise in system interoperability, video surveillance and Geographic Information System (GIS) displays. Clovis currently has consultants supporting Federal biometric programs in the area of solutions architecture, identity management, biometric planning and physical and logical security.

Project Management


Clovis understands the role of an IT Program Management Office (PMO) and Federal Program and Project Managers. We are experienced in finding and attracting candidates with SDLC experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.   • Establishing and staffing the PMO of a large international organization. This organization recently established its central IT PMO office and was having trouble finding anyone knowledgeable and experienced enough to structure and staff the office. Within two weeks, Clovis was able to provide a qualified PMO to establish and run its Washington, DC headquarters office. In addition, Clovis continues to provide Program Managers to that office as it becomes operational and manages IT projects for the organization.
  • Providing ongoing Project Manager support to a large, biotechnology company. Prior to coming to Clovis, this client had trouble finding talented Project Managers with biotechnology industry experience and PMP certifications. Within a very short time period, Clovis was able to provide the required Project Managers and now staffs over 12 Project Management consultants on various projects.
