The client chose to engage with Clovis under a contained engagement to be the exclusive agency to fill 15 of the most sensitive and technical positions. Market salary advice and skill set benchmarks by position were provided along with assistance for each hiring manager in the development of job descriptions, ads and other print and online messaging while establishing a streamlined interview process and a managed recruitment schedule. Clovis became so ingrained in the client's process that the account manager was given his own office on site.
