In early 2000, the Clovis founders looked at the way recruiters and staffing firms operated and declared that they would do it better. Instead of concentrating on how the recruiting firm should do business, they decided to focus on the two most important groups in the process, the clients and candidates. Clovis set out to do it differently and better, and they did. Years later, we continue to recruit "A-level" IT, Accounting & Finance and HR professionals for some of the best companies in the world.
