Greg Diamond - Managing Partner
Prior to founding Clovis, Greg Diamond served as Executive Vice President of Millioneyes and built the company from inception to acquisition in a 16-month period. Greg was responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development. From September 1998 to May 1999 he was at ProLink Services, LLC, a telecommunications application development company, where he was responsible for company strategic direction and business development. Greg held various Sales & Management positions from March 1995 to October 1998 for GE Capital Information Technology Solutions. The positions included National Account Executive, where he was recognized as the number one account executive in the nation, and Regional Business Development manager, where he was responsible for more than $30 million in revenue. From June 1993 to March 1995, Greg was an Account Manager at Xerox. Greg received his Bachelor of Arts in Pre-law and Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in June 1992.
Rick Levine - Managing Partner
Rick Levine cofounded Clovis in 2000 with his partner, Greg Diamond. Rick was responsible for launching the Government Services Division within Clovis, one of the fastest growing divisions within the company, which is valued at $22 million. Prior to founding Clovis, Rick worked for Xerox, where he was regional manager for the Washington D.C. area and handled both commercial and federal government operations. Rick also worked for Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for global accounts that included top Fortune 100 companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland. Rick's strong leadership skills and diverse experience within commercial and government industries has been a contributing factor to the incredible growth that the company has seen since inception.
Richard Mazelsky - President and COO
Richard Mazelsky is a senior staffing and recruiting executive with over 20 years of experience providing strategic direction and oversight, focusing on information technology, financial management and operations. Most recently, he worked as Senior Vice President of Spherion, a multi-million dollar publicly traded company, specializing in staffing and recruiting throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Spherion, Mazelsky was President of Sparks Personnel Services, in the DC Metro area. His superior insight to the staffing and recruiting industry will lend itself to the aggressive growth of Clovis and will position them to expand into other markets. Mr. Mazelsky received his degree in Business and Economics from Edinboro University and is a member of the American Staffing Association.
Serge Khoury - Partner
Prior to joining Clovis in 2004, Serge began his recruiting career with Myta- where he served as the top-billing recruiter for almost three years. He started with Clovis as part of their core staff from inception and has been promoted several times from working as an IT Recruiter focusing on candidate needs. Serge worked with Greg Diamond to build Clovis’s successful IT division from ground up- currently he serves as Senior Account Manager supervising several of the company’s most lucrative clients. Additionally, Serge was offered partnership in 2007 after performing as the top-billing employee for two years straight. His specialties include IT staff augmentation, quality assurance, infrastructure and application development. Serge is a native of the DC area and attended Towson University. He is married with three beautiful children.
Donald Coleman - Partner
Prior to joining Clovis, Donald Coleman started his recruiting career in a Fortune 500 international firm. During his 5-year tenure, Donald worked in two offices and was promoted four times and was nationally recognized for revenue production for three consecutive years. As Division Manager of the Baltimore based recruiting team, Donald built a top-ten team that also gained national recognition. Before starting his career in recruiting, Donald worked in several successful outside sales roles. Donald joined Clovis in 2001 as a Managing Partner to build the Accounting & Finance line of business as well as to add his industry expertise to Clovis as a whole. Donald received a Bachelor of Arts in both English and Communications in 1991 from Flagler College.
