Greetings!
Happy New Year 2007- We hope this Newsletter finds you well.
Now that holiday decorations are coming down and those New Year’s
ambitions are heightened- we recognize that career reflection is often
at the top of people’s lists. Finding a new job or career can be
stressful- make sure you take into account the following for your
current situation and for any future opportunity!
- The environment-
most people want to work in a place that
respects them as an individual, celebrates their success, gives them
state of the art training without micro-managing their every move.
- Systems- candidates tell Clovis everyday that the need to stay
current with technology and the desire to work with a company that

success.
- Growth Opportunity- knowing that a growth step exists for the

You might notice that salary did not make the list. Of course
compensation is important, but we notice that most candidates find the
